Shoshone Falls -- License Order and Amendments

Hydroelectric projects are operated under the provisions, terms and conditions of license articles identified in a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) license order.

License articles contain specific language to provide a clear determination of whether a licensee is complying with Protection, Mitigation and Enhancement measures (PM&Es). PM&Es are the guidelines FERC uses to measure compliance by the licensee.
